* 7 laps on the Watopia Volcano Circuit
* Total distance (including lead-in): ~20.9 miles
* 566 feet climbing
* Target average pace 1.8 w/kg
* Sprints as designated by Zwift on every lap with full recovery after each sprint. "Full Recovery" means that the pack waits for everyone to regroup after the sprint unless any dropped riders wave you off.
* Last lap is ALL OUT
* No rubberband
* Late Join is enabled which means you can join up to 30 minutes late
* Voice communications between riders will be on Discord. Click the "Helpful Tips" link (above right) for more information on how to use Discord. Tap the "Discord" link (above left) to be taken directly into Riverside's voice channel.
