EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
This fully coached BaseCamp workout kicks off with a 10-minute warmup and quick openers, then dives into a quality session of aerobic base building with 3 x 5-minute alternating high- and low-cadence 30-30 intervals for neuromuscular control. We extend our muscular endurance and fatigue resistance by finishing up with a steady Tempo interval.

TIPS FOR SUCCESS
Warm up 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the workout. Remember, your indoor FTP is often lower than your outdoor FTP, so make sure your numbers have been dialed in with a Zwift FTP test. Then settle in, listen for your coaches, and get ready to work.
