Join coach and cycling commentator Oli Beckingsale for ‘Training Tuesdays’, a series of workouts designed for riders of a wide range of abilities to build their fitness and finish the year strong.
Good news about this workout: the intervals get progressively shorter.
The bad news? They also get progressively harder!
Get ready for 20 minutes of solid work in this 44 minute session, working through zone 4 and up into low zone 5 by the end.
Zwift’s group workouts are a great way of being able to get some intervals done in the company of other riders. Zwift automatically adjusts the session to your individual power levels, so you’re guaranteed to get a good workout while keeping it social!
