EVENT-BESCHREIBUNG
Join us for a structured 5km progressive workout event, with each group targeting a
specific finish time so you can choose the effort that fits your goals.

Every group includes a progressive 5km run workout where the pace increases each
kilometre, finishing with a fast 400m free run to let you open up and push hard to the
line.

A warmup and cooldown segment is included, giving a total event distance of 6km
for Groups A, B and C with Groups D and E having a shorter warmup/cooldown
distance to slightly shorten the overall run to 5.4km and 5.6km respectively.

Group A: 5km in 20 minutes (600m warmup + 400m cooldown; 6.0km total)

Group B: 5km in 25 minutes (600m warmup + 400m cooldown; 6.0km total)

Group C: 5km in 30 minutes (600m warmup + 400m cooldown; 6.0km total)

Group D: 5km in 35 minutes (400m warmup + 200m cooldown; 5.6km total)

Group E: 5km in 40 minutes (200m warmup + 200m cooldown; 5.4km total)

Choose the group based on the time you want to run for your progressive 5km (not
including the warmup/cooldown). This is a workout event designed to allow people
to run together, not a race.

There is a 10-minute post-event cooldown period for chatting and congratulating
fellow runners
