Operational Tempo is all about finding your rhythm, keeping the group moving, and enjoying the ride without forgetting to put in some honest work. Think of it as the sweet spot between social cruising and "let's see what these legs have today."
We aim for an overall 2.2–2.3 w/kg average,
We do push on climbs, and segments are encouraged to keep things interesting.
Have a little fun, throw down if you're feeling it, then fall back in quickly and help keep the group rolling together.
