20 minutes of full power: the big FTP test of the Alpecin Cycling Challenge shows you how your fitness level has developed the past three months with our training programs.
Even if you haven’t participated in the challenge, this test helps you to determine your performance level and your training zones.
Additionaly we will broadcast the FTP test live on YouTube. Eurosport commentator and former pro cyclist Jörg Ludewig will guide you through the test. Also professional riders like Tanja Erath from Canyon Sram racing will join the test.
