Rapha invites you to join Rapha Cycling Club members from around the globe on Zwift for a training ride with Lachlan Morton of EF Pro Cycling. The training ride will consist of a 15 minute warm up before two blocks of Z3 of 15 and 10 minutes before a 15 minute cool down.

Rapha customers will recognise Lachlan from last year’s Gone Racing episodes having ridden all 4 Alternative Calendar races in 2019, including Dirty Kanza, Leadville 100, GBDuro and Three Peaks.

Now you can ride with Lachlan and Rapha Cycling Club members from around the world.
