Group Ride
DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Please join the SZR Pick n Mix Team as we wind down on a Thursday evening and prepare for the weekend ahead.
The goal with an SZR Ride is to focus on the Group and keeping the Group together while having fun to make the time fly fast! You should aim to sit between the fence and the yellow / red beacon.
The ride tempo is shown next to the ride category, this is rider weight / gender dependant.
Note that the average is for the total ride! There will be variations over or under the average during the ride due to the terrain.
There may well be optional intervals lead by either the Red or Yellow beacon, but one beacon will remain at the ride pace for those not wanting to participate in the interval.
After climbs / descents we will try to focus on getting the back of the group together.
Please always follow ride leader instructions.
