Ready to work on your sprint power? Welcome to “A Sprinters Dream” presented by one of the top sprinters on Zwift!
We’ll cover the flats at 1.8 w/kg -2.3 w/kg, starting slow and ramping up for the sprint.
We’ll work on our lead-outs, positioning, and powerups! If sprinting isn’t your game you can hang with the beacon for the social chatter or a fun recovery ride. Whether you smash those sprints and score a jersey or just wanna chill, we’ll have a great spin together.
