Welcome to The Cycling GK Monthly Ride Along. Join Ben Foster and friends for a 60 minute social ride on Zwift.
Ben will start slow and then hold a steady pace of between 2.2 and 2.7 w/kg. Please aim to ride sociably and stay together.
