What is category enforcement?
Category enforcement examines a Zwifter’s historical performances based on power curve data and then identifies the best minimum category they can join for a race. Category enforcement prevents a Zwifter from joining a category that's too easy for them based on their power data. Find more information about it here.

How Does it Work?
Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO2max, MAP value, and FTP to determine their race category. Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are in the "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. But you can’t race in the D category.

If you feel like your threshold power (w/kg) isn't correct contact Zwift @ https://www.zwift.com/uk/contact-usOpens a new window
Anyone who doesn't have any activity on Zwift within the previous 60 days can only race in category E.

Heart Rate Monitors must be worn no ZP in results
Results will be posted on the TUZ Facebook group page & Zwiftpower

Who are Team Ulster Zwifter's (TUZ)?
TUZ was founded by Ross Blayney to enable riders from cycle clubs throughout the province of Ulster (Ireland) to race and train together.
TUZ are simply a group of local Ulster riders & guests with no affiliation to any official organisation, club or body.

Objective:
TUZ's aim is to provide a platform for local cycling clubs mainly but not exclusively from the province of Ulster to train & compete on the Zwift platform.
We make no apologies for targeting local riders and clubs. We feel this adds to the experience and as riders are known to each other (many have raced IRL together or simply known by name or reputation on Strava). This invariably builds in a level of integrity to often inaccurate Zwift power figures.
A dedicated Strava Group has been created where riders can compare local segment times and power figures.
The events are not exclusive to TUZ members, and we welcome riders from the international community, just be prepared for a bit of friendly banter if you choose to sandbag one of our events.
