DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
With FRR coming to a close, I want to plan the biggie for next weekend! Sunday 7am EST start. As always I'll shoot for an endurance pace (2.2-2.4 w/kg) on the flat stuff and raise it to 3.0 w/kg on the climbs.
