This Fall, we’re spotlighting some of the best community-created workouts on Zwift. Each featured session already has a loyal following—now we’re giving them a full day in the spotlight. Join in, discover something new, and train with some of the most passionate clubs on Zwift.
Push your limits every Thursday with SWX Threshold — a focused effort session built to improve your FTP and race performance.
Designed by Coach Cindy (Train Smart = Race Stronger), this session targets sustained high-intensity intervals just below or at threshold. It’s not easy, but it works. Bring your grit, legs, and a full bottle.

• Stay-together mode enabled
