We will warm up as a group. After this yellow will push hard at every sprint section. Go with it or stay steady with the red beacon.
After the sprint we will regroup for the next sprint. How many PR can we smash together?
This is a weekly 60-minute group ride with changing goals. This ride is all about keeping things interesting! Depending on the weekly event, after a short warm-up, the yellow beacon will start the program a little harder to tease out your potential. Will you join in? Or will you stay a little more relaxed in the group around the red beacon?
Whether you just want to chill out or test your limits, this event gives you the opportunity to have fun.
