DESCRIPCIÓN DEL EVENTO
Ladies, help us ride and decide the next Women's Workout in Zwift!
5 Zwift female employees – Emily, Crystal, Eloise, Sydney, and Kate – each created short mix workouts for you to try. We'll run the workouts Monday - Friday during the first 2 weeks of April. Give 'em a spin with us, and then vote to add one to the permanent collection.
ABOUT THIS WORKOUT
Even if you only have 30mins you can still make it count and have some fun together!
7min warmup
45secs easy Z1(50%)
5x(30secs L4 (100% / 30secs recovery Z1)
1min 15 easy Z1(50%)
7mins low cadence (70 rpm) Z3 (85%)
2mins easy
5x(15secs HARD Z6 / 45secs recovery Z1)
3mins cooldown
We recommend doing it to the following Spotify playlist, nothing like a good sing-along workout:

Enjoy – Ride On!
WORKOUT DESIGNER
Eloise du Luart. Eloise is one of Zwift’s community managers based in the UK. Eloise is also a budding triathlete who makes any excuse for a coffee stop!
ABOUT GROUP WORKOUTS
Zwifters line up in the starting area just like a normal event and once the event starts, workout mode begins. Everyone stays together regardless of power output. That's right, if you're outputting 100W and another Zwifter is outputting 400W you will stay in exactly the same position relative to each other. Only if you stop pedaling and fall 6 meters behind the group will the rubber-banding stop.
HELPFUL HINT
We highly recommend doing one of the FTP tests as the estimated FTP can be inaccurate and make the difficulty level of the workouts too high for your current fitness level.
