Join our Rhino Workout Wednesday!
Each week we will have a Ride Leader (yellow beacon) leading a workout targeting an area of training that most zwift racers overlook, be it cadence, VO2, sweet-spot.
During peak racing series weeks we will try to lower intensity and focus on form (cadence etc) and then between big racing series we might dig into the harder stuff like VO2 Max workouts.
Come and join in the suffering every week and incorporate our group banded workout into your wider training plan!
