REGLAS DEL EVENTO
Este evento tiene los siguientes requisitos:

No Spring Chickens - Herd Masters Racing
No Spring Chickens is back for another round of masters racing! This is your chance to compare
yourself to riders that are the same age. It doesn’t matter if you have passed the spring chicken
stage only recently or a little longer ago, this is a race for you.
No Spring Chickens is a mass start race, all age groups will have their own starting pen, but they will
all take off together. After the finish the results for men and women will be split on ZwiftPower. That
way we hope everyone will find someone to race with and have some fun.
Series schedule:
20-22 March: Wandering Flats (25.2 km, flat, Makuri)
27-29 March: Green to Screen (28.5 km, rolling, New York)
3-5 April: Power Punches (23.7 km, repeated small climbs, Watopia)
10-12 April: Bon Voyage (31.4 km, flat to rolling, France)
17-19 April: Cobbled Crowns (24.3 km, short sharp hills, Richmond)
24-26 April:Itza Climb Finish (30 km, medium hilly finish, watopia)
Race rules:
1. No TT Bikes.
2. Steering is enabled.
3. Smarttrainer or powermeter required.
4. Heart rate monitor required.
5. No indoor bikes without controlled resistance (cadence=power).
6. Participants must be registered on zwiftpower.com to be included in the results.
7. For podium finishers in all age groups: Elite level performances above the limits stated below
must be supported by dual power recordings uploaded to Zwiftpower
○ Men: above 5w/kg or 375w for 20min / 6w/kg or 475w for 5min / 9w/kg for 1min.
○ Women: above 4.5w/kg or 280w for 20min / 5.5w/kg or 350w for 5min / 7.5w/kg for
1min.
8. For podium finishers in all age groups: Zwift activities must be saved PUBLIC for verification.
