Welcome to USMeS Movement Drill - 1.8 - 2.2
This session is a step up and designed to prepare you for Force Development immediately following. The focus is on coordinated movement, controlled pressure, and working together while the intensity nudges a tad higher.
✅ Pace: an average of 1.8–2.2 w/kg
✅ Duration: 55 minutes
While we aim for an overall ~2.1w/kg average, ( 'ISH ), we do push on climbs, and sprints WILL be encouraged. When the pace lifts, make your move, then fall back in quickly and keep the group intact.
Ride sharp, respect the leader, and protect the group.
