Let’s set the scene: you are on the Team Pursuit training camp with Swiss Cycling, and this is the first training session. Consisting of 6 big blocks at your time trial pace , it is designed to test your fitness, plus boost your power and V02 max–key attributes of the world’s top Team Pursuit riders. It’s a session that will make your training week; so have your pasta beforehand and come ready to work.
