Join Fast Talk Labs cohosts Trevor Connor and Chris Case on a no-drop ride featuring special guest Neal Henderson!
Neal Henderson is a sport scientist and elite endurance sports coach who has coached multiple world champions, world record holders, and Olympic medalists. He’s been named coach of the year by USA Cycling, the U.S. Olympic Committee, and USA Triathlon.
Henderson is known for a variety of interval workout formats, but for this Q&A ride on Tour de Zwift, the ride will be banded and no-drop so you can ask your burning endurance sports training questions via chat.
