DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
This March, Zwifters around the world are celebrating the vital role women have played throughout sport history. To anyone who’s ever defied the status quo in order to promote women’s equality, the 2022 Women’s Ride and Run Series is for you.
Pave your own path forward with the Women’s Ride and Run Series, a collection of women-only, in-game events designed to get you moving—featuring Power of the Pack Rides and Runs on International Women’s Day, Tuesday Podcast Rides, Wednesday Workout of the Week takeovers, and Saturday Community Rides and Runs.
Settle into 45-minute group rides every three hours throughout the day as we highlight prominent women in the cycling community. Each week we’ll share a fresh WRRS Podcast Ride episode created specifically for the Women’s Ride and Run Series.
March 15 with Nicola Crammer and Maize Wimbush
Turn up the volume with Team TWENTY24 manager, Nicola Cranmer and Junior Women’s 15–16 US National Road Champion, Maize Wimbush. Maize talks about her dream to be the first African American female to make the Olympic cycling team and Nicola explains how Team TWENTY24 is one of the best platforms to elevate female professional riders.
