DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Get a taste of the famous thursday TBR get fried sprint intervals where we roll at a relaxed pace of 1.8-2.0 w/kg with several all out sprint efforts during the ride. You are welcome to roll along with the red beacon if you don't feel like sprinting.
Listen carefully to the ride leader as they wield their mighty yellow stick. If you are still in front of the fence when they call the bunch back you will "Get Fried". Mmmmmmmm, chicken nuggets!
Some efforts use official Zwift sprint segments and others require you to chase the fence. We regroup after each sprint to recover, chat and prepare for the next chance to rip each others legs off.
