This workout will predominantly focus on increasing your power and aerobic capacity with British Triathlon Coach - Piers Plowman.
Piers is currently a support coach for the British Triathlon Federation with the main aim of supporting coaches to deliver their respective programmes to athletes who have the potential to stand on the podium at world level. Piers works hard to help the Loughborough Triathlon Performance Centre to create a supportive, challenging and inspiring environment to aid whole athlete development.
