TFC Friday Night Racing Spring Races D Series (With Category Enforcement)

WHAT IS CATEGORY ENFORCEMENT?

Category Enforcement will prevent Zwifters from entering a category they are not eligible for. Our goal is to increase fairness in racing.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

- Zwift checks a racer's past performance using VO max and FTP to determine their race category.
- Racers can join a category at or above their category. For example, if you are "C" category, you can race in C, B, or A category. You can not race in the D category.
This race is aimed to take in all levels of D Cat riders.
These races will be approx 10 miles using flat courses.

GROUPS: D Group Only
D — under 1.3
C — 1.3 to 1.7
B — 1.7 to 2.1
A — 2.1 to 2.5
These Categories will be added Post-Race
Riders who finish with a W/Kg above Category limits maybe DQ.

POWER UPs: Disabled
BIKES: All allowed
Final placings will be a riders 6 best results from the 8 races

Divide your FTP by your weight in Kg to find out your W/Kg

Riders who have not joined ZwiftPower and agreed to the data storage and sharing conditions will be excluded from the final results.

PLEASE NOTE: Strava data for TFC races must be open (not private or hidden). This data can be used at organiser’s discretion to validate Zwift results against outdoor performance.
