Every Thursday our Training Members are guided by coach Helen Bridgman. In case you missed it or want to have a taste of what and how we train, we are making our workout available every Friday, with no lead. So put on some music and enjoy! You might even find one of our DS´s on the road to chat with.

Session: Fatigue Resistance
Warm up - including a 5 min ramp to threshold to prepare you for what’s to come. 5 mins recovery before our main work block.
We start with 5 minutes at sweet spot, short 30s recovery before 2.5 mins at 100% FTP, 1 min recovery before a final push at 115% FTP for 1 min. 5 mins easy spin before repeating the set (3 times in total). We start with a cadence of 60-70rpm for each effort, then increase by 10rpm each set - so 70-80rpm for set two and 80-90rpm for set three.
Working on your resistance to fatigue and being able to keep pushing even when tired.
Cool down for up to 10 mins easy spinning at the end.

Tu dois terminer quelques sorties vélo avant de pouvoir participer à ta première compétition avec score de course. Lorsque nous aurons plus de données, nous serons en mesure de te recommander le groupe qui te correspondra le mieux pour te mesurer aux autres.
