DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
We choose a different climbing route each week, with some favourites in the rotation. Happy to take course request, some weeks we will tackle the longer ascents. Normally we aim for 60-90 minute courses, some may take a touch longer.
Ride and climb at your own pace. The yellow beacon will ride at 2.5-3w/kg on the flat and 3-4w/kg on the climbs, but everyone can create their own groups and ride at their own pace. This is not a race, but may be a chance to push yourself.
Climbing is a good way to work on strength endurance and sustained efforts whilst getting a great feeling of achievement, so come and uncover that mountain goat within.

Tu dois terminer quelques sorties vélo avant de pouvoir participer à ta première compétition avec score de course. Lorsque nous aurons plus de données, nous serons en mesure de te recommander le groupe qui te correspondra le mieux pour te mesurer aux autres.
