DESCRIPTION DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT
Join us for CRYO-GEN Endurance Sunday, a 120-minute structured training ride designed to boost your aerobic fitness. This event utilizes ERG mode, so your trainer will automatically adjust resistance to hit the target power for each interval.
We have two groups to choose from:
C Group: Aim for the prescribed power targets and push your endurance.
D Group: A less intense option, with power targets set at 5-10% below the C group.
This is a structured workout, and some intervals may feel challenging, even exceeding your estimated functional threshold power (FTP). Embrace the challenge and push yourself to complete the session at the specified power. Your effort will pay off!
Please respect the ride leader and follow their instructions. We'll strive to have ride leaders for both the C and D groups to guide you through the session. See you on the road!
HEALTH: We would advise any rider who is attempting a Zwift ride for the first time to ensure that their health should always take precedence over completing any ride. If you feel unwell or unable to continue please STOP.
NOTE: Exercise contributes to 25% weight loss; Healthy Eating (Not Diet) contributes to the other 75%. Be fit and Healthy.
