Monday Recovery & Reset Ride

Kick off your week with BtW, our first of two Monday recovery rides. After a big weekend of long miles, this session is all about getting your legs moving again without overloading them. Expect a steady, relaxed pace with a few gentle surges to keep it interesting.

Pace: 1.8–2.2 w/kg average (recovery-focused)
Style: Recovery endurance with moderate pushes on climbs and sprints
Fence: In use—we’ll drop it for sprints and select segments but please regroup quickly

Ride Format:
• Smooth, steady riding for most of the route
• Uphill sections may rise to ~2.5 w/kg—never all-out
• Occasional sprints when announced (fence will be dropped)
• Regroup promptly behind the beacon after efforts

Expectations:
Keep the main ride relaxed and social—save the big efforts for another day
Use the sprints and climbs to open the legs, then ease back into recovery pace
Respect the regroup calls to keep the ride flowing smoothly
