Fudging Slackers Sunrise Ride: Endurance + Sprints + Chase
ATTENTION: THE CHASE IS ON!
The fence drops the last 5-10km. Endurance miles, bonus sprints, and Group C charging after Group D Ride.
• Up to 100 km.
• D: 2.0-2.5 w/kg | C: 2.5-3.1 w/kg.
• Fence ON - stay with the ride leader.
• Called sprints - smash it, then regroup.
• Social, steady, supportive - we roll and recover together.
Good vibes. Clean chase. No fence fugitives.
