This week’s guest is Teuntje Beekhuis

Teuntje Beekhuis races for Lotto Soudal Ladies team in 2020. Teuntje only joined the elite peloton in 2018 after participating in a talent day organized by Parkhotel Valkenburg and due to her performance, Teuntje was offered a traineeship afterwards. In 2019, Teuntje raced for Biehler Pro Cycling Team where she claimed 12th at the Erondegemse Pijl, 12th on the sixth stage of the Tour Cycliste Feminin de l’Ardèche and 7th on stage two of the Vuelta a Burgos. At only 24 years old, Teuntje has many years ahead of her as a professional cyclist and she wants to focus on her climbing strength with dreams of racing the Giro Rosa and Amstel Gold Race.
