This event has the following requirements:

EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join Coach Julie McKenzie of Peaks Coaching Group in her latest workout series entitled “Get Your FRC On”.
Try to come on fresh(er) legs for this 4-week progressive series, as we want to hit the quality watt targets: Shorter, harder efforts above your FTP.
We welcome everyone to personalize the efforts to their current level of fitness and fatigue with smart use of the bias setting, guidance provided!
In workout mode we will be able to achieve our own individual watt targets while staying together as an inspiring group.
We’ll use messaging in Zwift to facilitate participation with questions, feedback, knowledge sharing and mutual encouragement!

You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
