It is that time of the week, Friday night, the work is done but the weekend isn’t quite here yet, so what do you do? Join the AHDR TEAM for a Friday night session and work away the tension of that work week. Let your legs take over as we roll on flat(ish) courses at a brisk pace and feel the tension seep from every pore. The beacon will set a steady pace as we look to get some distance in to our legs, so join us and work with the TEAM to end the working week on a high.
