EVENT DESCRIPTION
For this training camp session with UCI WorldTeam Movistar, we will start with low torque efforts to build cycling-specific strength, contrasted with high cadence recoveries to improve your pedal stroke. The Main set is two rounds. The 1st round includes four two-minute, low cadence efforts at 80% of FTP followed by four minutes of recovery at 100 rpm. The 2nd round includes four three-minute low cadence efforts at 80% of FTP, followed by four minutes at 100 rpm for recovery.
Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
