Team VTO presents our weekly social ride where Multisport & Paratriathletes from around the world 🌍 meet for a 1 hour social ride. 🏊🏼‍♂️🚴🏼‍♂️🏃🏻‍♂️🇦🇺.

We will ride at around 2.0-2.5 W/kg but will adjust the pace as necessary for the bunch. Please stay together as a group around the Beacon. It is a group ride - not a race!
**The last 20 mins (Lap 3) will feature an optional HOT LAP or INTERVAL TRAINING SESSION.
