Contents of this group ride:
1. The flat section rides at 3.0 to 3.3 w / kg (since it is 3.3 w / kg at the beginning of the group, it is about 2.7 w / kg behind the group).
2. In the uphill section,
Leader (Yellow Beacon): Sub 3.4w / kg (Not over 3.4w / kg)
Sweeper (Red Beacon): Ave.3.0 w / kg (Not under 3.0 w / kg)
Divided into 2 groups. You can also ride at your own pace between the Leader and the Sweeper. However, at the beginning of the Leader Group, it is prohibited to ride away from a rider or leader exceeding 3.4 w / kg. In addition, Sweeper (Red Beacon) advances with 3.0w / kg as the minimum power, and it will not drop the pace even if the rider who dropped from this group comes.
3. Until the leader group and the Sweeper group merge even after entering the down section, even after entering the flat,
Leader (Yellow Beacon): Sub 2.0 w / kg (Not over 2.0 w / kg)
Sweeper (Red Beacon): Ave. 3.0 w / kg (The head of Sweeper Group is 3.5 w / kg)
Regroup with the above Power Weight Ratio. Be sure to keep the leader group at 2.0 w / kg until the Sweeper Group joins.
4. When Regroup is completed, return the beginning of Group to 3.0~3.3w/kg.

このグループライドの内容：
1.平坦区間は3.0～3.3w/kgでライドします（Groupの先頭で3.3w/kgであるため，Groupの後方では2.7w/kg程度）。
2.登り坂区間においては，
Leader(Yellow Beacon)：Sub3.4w/kg ( Not over 3.4w/kg )
Sweeper(Red Beacon)：Ave.3.0w/kg( Not under 3.0w/kg)
の２グループに分かれます。LeaderとSweeperの間でご自分のペースでライドするのも構いません。ただし，Leader Groupの先頭では3.4w/kgを超えてのライド・Leaderから前方に離れてライドすることは禁止です。 また，Sweeper(Red Beacon)は3.0w/kgを最低パワーとして進み，このグループからドロップしてしまったライダーがいらっしゃってもペースを落とすことはありません。
3.下り区間におよび，平坦に入ってからもLeader GroupとSweeper Groupが合流するまでは，
Leader(Yellow Beacon)：Sub2.0w/kg ( Not over 2.0w/kg )
Sweeper(Red Beacon)：Ave.3.0w/kg( Sweeper Group の先頭は3.5w/kg)
　上記のPower Weight RatioでRegroupします。Leader GroupはSweeper Groupが合流するまで2.0w/kgを必ず守ってください。
4.Regroupが完了しましたら，Groupの先頭は3.0～3.3w/kgへ戻します。
