EVENT DESCRIPTION
This is a GRIT group ride that will always include big climbs on some of Zwift’s most popular mountain routes.
We welcome riders of all levels on this ride. We start out at an easy warmup pace around 2.5 w/kg. We try to keep all riders together in the early part of the ride at a friendly pace. After the warmup section we will increase the pace to 3.0-3.5 w/kg on flat sections.
On KOM sections, riders at the front will challenge each other and compete for the KOM jersey. Other riders are here for the training and will work together to make it to the top of the climb.

Getting started with scored races
You'll need to finish a few rides before you can join your first scored race. With more data we'll be able to recommend the best group for you to compete against.
