About the Workout:
This session is good for VO2 development. It should hurt! By raising your VO2 you should be able to feel more comfortable at your FTP. Remember to keep the recovery very easy - just spin the legs out to get ready for the next effort. Also, make sure you are fueled well for the efforts! Carbs are your friend in VO2 sessions!
