Finish Line Ride

The Finish Line Ride is a five-minute power test within a 60-minute workout, performed under fatigue. That means you’ll have to go through a series of intervals before the power test starts. This is a great way to measure your VO2 max power, and see how you’ll perform after prolonged exercise.
Make sure to come into this ride well-rested and ready to go!
