EVENT DESCRIPTION
Welcome to the USMES weekly climbing ride AKA 🍍 Express . This ride will average 2.5 w/kg on the flats, but w/kg may reach 3.5 -4.0 w/kg during climbing efforts.
We will give options of different WKG, push yourself and find new limits.....get high.
Please follow the ride leader’s instructions at all times. There are no sweeps for this ride and all are expected to help each other out. Courses will change weekly. We use discord at
