Welcome to our friendly 2.2 w/kg group ride. The Summit City Zwift League
wants to encourage you to meet your endurance goals. Weekly rides will vary
in length and route. Please stay with the designated leader and follow
their directions. If you are feeling strong please help sweep riders off
the back. Plan on regrouping after any hills. We strongly encourage you to

in-ride voice conversation.
The C group will have a challenging structured workout planned by the ride
leader. This will contain intervals varying in duration and intensity, and
