These workouts are ordered to build your endurance for longer outdoor rides to come.

    This first session of Zwift Camp: Inside Out sets the tone for building a strong endurance base.

  • Stage 2

    With progressive blocks that challenge your ability to sustain effort, this session builds muscular endurance and mental focus.

  • Stage 3

    Time to tackle intervals at varying cadences, training your body to adapt to different terrain and riding styles.

  • Stage 4

    Workout 4 is all about real-world challenges like breakaways and hill sprints—helping you build strength, resilience, and faster recovery.

  • Stage 5

    Get ready to alternate between steady efforts and surges, building strength and endurance while learning to handle varying gradients.

  • Stage 6

    Wrap it up and put all your hard work to the test on Hilltop Hustle, a route featuring The Grade!

With the workout worksheet, you can keep track of your outdoor efforts and build on the hard work you’re putting in to crush it with Zwift Camp: Inside Out. Aim to ride 2-3 times weekly to keep the fitness gains coming as the weather gets nicer.

Zwift Camp: Inside Out starts on April 14, 2025, at 15:00 UTC and ends on June 2, 2025, at 06:59 UTC. 

You will need to be on game version 1.86 for Zwift Camp: Inside Out. Make sure you are on the latest game build. Click here to learn more.

Late join will not be enabled for Zwift Camp: Inside Out events.

We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to complete Zwift Camp: Inside Out! While group rides are more fun and bring you together with other Zwifters, on-demand rides allow you to participate on your own schedule.
