Join KX3's weekly women's ride for a game changing, challenging, and fun structured workout developed by KX3 Coach, 3-time Olympic gold medalist, Kristin Armstrong. KX3 Lifestyle + Coaching’s weekly women’s group ride is for all levels, our rides are based off of your FTP so we all work at our own level while sticking together! Tips and tricks around all things Zwift through community members and coaches who drop in from time to time will also improve your game. Whether you are new to cycling or looking to take your riding to the next level, each unique 50-60minute ride is designed to help you develop and improve upon aerobic fitness, cycling specific strength, and fuel efficiencies, all while having FUN and learning about all things Zwift!

Welcome to Attack + Climb!

This week we are going to build upon our solid foundation. We are going to bring in quick short powerful bursts followed by a threshold ladder decrease back to Vo2 as we near and cross the finish line. This workout will teach your body to adapt to race-like surges as well as rolling and more difficult terrain on the road as well as the dirt. Our time will be spent between 95% - 130% of our FTP, Zone 4-5. Come in prepared and rested – we will be going for it right out of the gate!

This ride is designed for anyone who is looking for structure, accountability, and most importantly fun through quality workouts designed with intention as well the integration of community and pro rider engagement—this plan is your kick-start to improved fitness and results!
