Join us for a weekly Workout Session alongside our Grassroots Partner, Khaltsha Cycles
The Rocacorba Collective (founded by Ashleigh Moolman-Paio) partnered with Khaltsha Cycles with the mission to empower women to become the best version of themselves. Khaltsha Cycles is a one-stop bike shop operating from shipping containers in Khayelitsha township in the City of Cape Town with the goal to create and promote the culture of cycling in townships. Therefore, this is a special partnership for us and we are continuing to work towards scaling the offering of Zwift setups in the township to enable more girls to ride on Zwift. So please join us to ride/workout alongside the girls in South Africa and hear more about how the project is evolving!
More about the Session:
This 55min workout will start with a gradual warm-up through your zones, to get the legs warmed up for some short sharp intervals to follow.
Main set will be made up of 5 x 25sec “efforts” which can be completed as high cadence efforts to aid Recovery or Max Power efforts for more of a workout. Therefore, feel free to tailor this workout to your needs today! We will be banded so whichever you choose we will stick together!
Finish with a Cool down for 5mins
