Build Aerobic Engine and 'push up' FTP by working in z2/z3. Build ability to recover in z2- 'raise floor'
Muscular Endurance: Working z2/z3 for longer bouts helps with muscular endurance and the ability to sustain longer efforts as the season progresses. Added Twist: Try to alternate high/low cadence for each round.
