EVENT DESCRIPTION
Join Peaks Coaching Group (PCG) today for 2 laps of the Big Flat 8 course.
This ride takes around 1 hour 45 minutes to complete the 38 mile course.
Goal - Smooth and steady pedaling. Keeping a steady pedal pressure the entire time will help you to develop ME (muscular endurance).
*** WARM UP *** We recommend a short warm up spin before the ride starts. Depending on the group we may roll off a bit quicker than you are prepared for. Be ready :-)

Rides are led by Paul Ozier, a USA Cycling Level 1 Coach, Training Peaks Level 2 Coach, and Elite/Master Coach at PCG. Paul has been racing and training for 35+ years. A licensed coach since 2004, Paul has taken athletes to Gold and podium spots in State Championships and National Championships, plus lots of wins and podiums in non championship events.
