With DNA to die for—there are multiple accomplished professional cyclists in his family. He’s competing in the Tour de France for the first time this year and hopes for a stage win.

Workout: Fun is Going Full Gas

Only 26 years-old MvdP is often called one of the best racers in history. He wins a frightening amount of races in many disciplines, like road, mountain, and ‘cross. His workout focuses on harnessing your ability to create a lot of power for short periods. In this 45-minute session, you’ll drain your anaerobic “battery”, recover, and do it all over again a few times.
