The Flash Mile Sprint is an intensely competitive race on a one-mile (1.6 km) course, designed in a no-draft format that tests pure cyclist power. Time trial bikes are allowed, enabling athletes to maximize aerodynamics and speed to take on this challenging event to the fullest.
