Rapha invites you to join Rapha Cycling Club members from around the globe on Zwift for a training ride with Hannah Ludwig of CANYON//SRAM.

Hannah is a multple German National champion at junior level and recently joined RCCLDN members riding from Amsterdam to Strasbourg to support the One More City charity. Now is your chance to ride with Hannah and Rapha Cycling Club members from around the world.

Hannah has planned a ride for attacks during a breakaway to go solo consisting of a 9 minute warm up, followed by high cadence intervals for 6 minutes and two blocks of 15 minute intervals ranging from 80% to 120% of FTP. The ride will finish with a cool down.
