Rapha invites you to join the Rapha Cycling Club Captain, Simon Mottram, on a social ride together. Simon will lead a social ride consisting of 10 minute warm up (Z1-2), 30 minute free ride at a social pace to allow for plenty of time for questions, before a 10 minute cool down.

If you can’t make this one because of your time zone, there is another RCC ride on 18 June.
