Join Under Armour athlete Sharon Lokedi for a 5x 5minute threshold session.
Sharon is a Kenyan middle and long-distance runner from Eldoret. Sharon competed at the University of Kansas (KU) where she studied nursing and business. At KU she won the 10000m at the 2018 NCAA Division I Outdoor Track and Field Championships in 32:09, breaking the previous meet record by 18 seconds.
Sharon now lives and trains in Flagstaff Arizona and competes professionally for Under Armour.
